Description: The Activity report includes information such as total sales, total voids, total refunds, and other relevant transaction data up to the time of the report. It serves as a snapshot of the POS system's activity at a particular moment, allowing businesses to track their performance and reconcile transactions without finalizing or closing the current business day or shift.
To access the Activity Report:
- Select Manager > Activity.
- Select the desired date and time parameters by selecting the drop-down arrows from the top right corner.
- Tap Save.
- You can change the report parameters depending on your selections on the left. If you select Cash, your "Store Activity Summary" will become a "Cash Summary" of just that drawer or employee bank.
Selecting multiple drawers will combine those selected and reflect on the report.
If you select Employees, the report changes back to the Store Activity Summary on the right.
When we select an employee, the report changes to an Employee Activity Summary, which is the store activity for that individual employee (or multiple employees if you select more than one). - Tap Print to print the report currently displayed.
