Request a Demo MID
Authorized Shift4 Dine Partners (SP Office Codes only) will have a Demo MID automatically created when their sales office is onboarded as a Shift4 Dine Partner. Authorized Partners can also request additional Demo MIDs using the Partner Demo MID or Hardware form. Make sure to complete your BlueStacks installation and have your Shift4 Dine terminal serial number handy prior to submitting this form. Partner support will process the request for a new Demo MID and register your serial number. You can also request the Product Demo menu copied to your MID.
Register your Shift4 Dine Customer Hub (or add MID to Existing Customer Hub Account)
You will receive an email invitation with a link to set up your Customer Hub account as soon as your MID is boarded to the Customer Hub. The invitation is sent to the primary account holder’s email address. If you don’t receive this email invitation, it can be due to one or more of the following:
- Your email address is an existing admin in the Customer Hub
- Your email address is tied to a regular user in the Customer Hub (created by another admin user in the Customer Hub)
- Your email address has been sent an invitation in the past but was never set up.
If your email address is an existing admin, you can simply add the new Demo MID to your existing admin the Customer Hub account by navigating to Profile & Settings > Locations > Add Location and adding the new MID number along with 9998 as the last four of the SSN.
If your email address is tied to a regular user or has been sent an invitation in the past but was never set up, you will need to reach out to Partner Support for additional assistance. To do so, create an “office issue” ticket in your dealer portal.
