With Co-Browser, the Support team can navigate web pages alongside you effortlessly, guiding you through complex processes.
- You will receive an email from no-reply@surfly.com with a link to open a browser session. Please check your spam or junk folders if you have not received the email. Below is an example email.
Note: The email formatting may vary depending on the device or screen size. - Select Join Session.
- Select Allow.
Note: If camera access was denied or canceled, refresh the browser page, then select Allow. - Select the Change Camera button until the back-facing camera is being used.
- Select the Join button to start using Co-Browse.
