Allow NICE CXOne Co-Browse With Support Team

With Co-Browser, the Support team can navigate web pages alongside you effortlessly, guiding you through complex processes.

1. You will receive an email from [e-mail] with a link to open a browser session. Please check your spam or junk folders if you have not received the email. Below is an example email.
   Note: The email formatting may vary depending on the device or screen size.
   
   
2. Select Join Session.
3. Select Allow.
   
   Note: If camera access was denied or canceled, refresh the browser page, then select Allow.
4. Select the Change Camera button until the back-facing camera is being used.
   
5. Select the Join button to start using Co-Browse.
