Bulk Edit Online Menu Configuration for Marketplace Integrations

Important: Menu Manager Bulk Edit configuration applies to all Online Ordering integrations that are available in the Marketplace--like DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, TakeOut7, Menufy, FOLOS, and Waitbusters--which means that the Publish Menu button overrides all Online Ordering integrations that are installed on the account and updates the online ordering integrations prices once the Online Menu is published. SkyTab POS does not support bulk editing for specific integrations only. If certain integrations require a bulk edit, it should be done manually for each item. To edit multiple online menu items on Menu Manager, proceed with the following steps:

1. In the Show dropdown, select Items.
   
2. Selecting the Items option will populate checkboxes next to each item.
   
3. Select the items you want to edit.
   
4. Select Edit Items.
   
5. Once the bulk edit is completed, press the blue Publish Menu button at the top right corner of the screen.

Change Prices

The Change Prices Edit Items Function updates multiple item prices in bulk. Prices can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing them by either a percentage or a fixed dollar amount. Rounding rules can then be applied to set how the final prices are displayed—rounding up or down to the nearest dollar or cent. This ensures consistency and accuracy across all updated items.

Change Schedules

The Change Schedules Edit Items Function updates schedules for multiple items in bulk. Schedule changes can be applied in three ways: add the selected schedule(s) to existing ones, remove the selected schedule(s) from items, or overwrite the selected schedule(s) to replace current schedules entirely. This ensures efficient and consistent schedule management across all selected items.

Change Labels

The Change Labels Edit Items Function updates labels for multiple items in bulk. Label changes can be applied in three ways: add the selected label(s) to existing ones, remove the selected label(s) from items, or overwrite the selected label(s) to replace current labels entirely. This enables efficient and consistent label management across all selected items.

Change Custom Labels 

The Change Custom Labels Edit Items Function updates custom labels for multiple items in bulk. Any new custom labels entered will replace existing custom labels on the selected items, ensuring that only the newly specified labels remain applied. This provides a straightforward way to standardize or update custom labeling across items.
