Description: Learn how to send a text notification to a customer when their QR order is ready.
When a customer places an order using QR Ordering, they receive a text notification confirming receipt of the order. When the order is ready for pickup or delivery, select Notify Customer on the POS to send a new notification.
When you select "Notify Customer," a confirmation message will quickly appear on the POS, indicating that the notification has been successfully sent.
