Description: You can make an item unavailable online to prevent customers from ordering it. This is useful in situations such as when the item is out of stock or takes a long time to prepare, and your kitchen is too busy.
There are three methods to remove an item from Online Ordering:
All Online Menus
Use this method to remove the item from all online menus.
- Log into Lighthouse, then navigate to Marketplace.
- Select Menu Manager.
- With the Menu tab selected, expand the department to locate your item.
- Select the item you wish to remove from availability.

In the upper right part of the screen, toggle the Available Online toggle to OFF.
Note: When you remove an item's online availability, it will also be removed/unavailable for your Uber Eats or DoorDash integrations if you have them. -
Press Save.

You must press the Publish menu button for your changes to go live.
Published changes may take up to 5 minutes to appear on your SkyTab Online site.

Online and In Store
Use this method to remove an item from Online Ordering/POS.
- Log into Lighthouse, then navigate to SkyTab Settings > Menu > Items.
- Locate and select the item to inactivate.
- Slide the Active toggle off (gray) to disable and press Save.

Specific Integrations
Use this method to remove an item from all integrations or specific integrations.
- Begin by logging into Lighthouse, then navigate to Marketplace.
- Select Menu Manager.
- With the Menu tab selected, expand the department to locate your item.
- Select the item to edit, and under Store Availability, uncheck the integration from which you want the item removed.
- Press Save.
- You must press the Publish menu button for your changes to go live. Published changes may take up to 5 minutes to appear on your SkyTab Online site.
