Description: Learn how to split a ticket on SkyTab POS.
Before You Begin
- Splitting tickets requires special permission.
- If prompted for a manager PIN, you do not have permission to split tickets.
- You can only split one ticket at a time. Multiple tickets cannot be split simultaneously.

Split a Ticket
Open the existing ticket you want to split. You can access the Split Ticket option in one of two ways:
Option 1: From the Kebab Menu
- On SkyTab POS with the ticket open, tap the kebab menu (3 dots) in the upper right corner.
- Tap Manage.
Option 2: From Grid View
- In the Grid View, highlight the ticket you want to split.
- Tap Manage Ticket at the bottom of the screen.
Create the Split
- Tap Split Ticket at the bottom of the screen.
- A new blank ticket will appear.
- The blue icon at the top of each ticket indicates how many times the original ticket has been split.
- Move items or guests to the new ticket:
- Highlight the item or guest on the original ticket.
- Select the location on the new ticket where you want it to appear.
- When finished, tap Save.
