What is causing this Error?
“You have X ticket open. You are unable to Clock Out with open tickets.”
If an employee tries to clock out of the POS terminal and they have open tickets, they will receive an error message when clocking out.
How do I resolve this Error?
To resolve this error, the open ticket has to be completed, voided out, or transferred to another employee that is currently clocked in on the POS terminal. To transfer a ticket, highlight it by pressing on it on the Order screen and pressing the Transfer button in the bottom left corner.
