What is causing this Error?
If you attempt to Perform End Of Day in QSR & Delivery, but employees are still clocked into the system, you will receive a prompt alerting you that you must first clock these employees out, or you will not be able to proceed.
How do I resolve this Error?
After clicking OK to the original message received, you will see the following screen.
Employees can have their clock-out time set by first clicking the blank Time Out field, then typing the time when they left, and then clicking OK to set the time. It will officially clock that employee out at the designated time and continue with the EOD as usual.
