Description: Learn how to log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub Menu Builder and board a location. This article helps with using the product for the first time.
Log in to Menu Builder
The login page is the same for all users. Access the login page. It should look like the image below.
Enter the following credentials:
- HT user: Use the Windows login
- ISV or ISO: Use the FTDEM/Password
Board a Location
Often in the menu programming process, we have MIDs that have not completed the process of being attached to Lighthouse. This process is needed to begin building a menu. We have added this ability to this program.
After logging into the Menu Builder, go to the Build Menu tab. Enter the MID and select Search.
From here, select On-board.
As this warning states, the boarding process is irreversible. If a MID is used from another software by accident, the MID will become usable for this software only. Once the MID is onboarded, a menu can be added as normal.
