Process Through the Shift4 Application on SkyTab Mobile/Shift4 One

Description: Learn how to process a transaction using the Shift4 P2PE application on SkyTab Mobile or Shift4 One (formerly known as SkyTab SOLO). In rare cases, this might be needed if the SkyTab Mobile or Shift4 One applications are not available.

Close Skytab Mobile/Shift4 One (formerly known as SkyTab SOLO) Application

To close the application, restart the device:

1. Press and hold the power button that is on the side of the device:
   
2. Press the Restart option that appears on the screen:
   
3. After the device restarts, you will see all available applications on the screen:

There is also the option to close the application with AirViewer:

Open the Shift4 P2PE Application

Open the Shift4 P2PE application located on the main application screen:

Process the Sale

1. Press on the transaction amount and enter the amount:
   
2. Enter the tip, if applicable:
   
3. Possible ways to use the card:
   1. Insert Card.
   2. Tap Card.
   3. Swipe Card.
   4. Enter Card Number (If this option is selected, after entering the number, select the CONFIRM button for the sale to initiate):
