Description: Learn how to create up to two new extra custom pages to display menus, testimonials, events, and other elements separately for improved navigation and branding.
To add a new page:
- Select the Edit Website button.
- On the top navigation bar, select the dropdown for Page: Home > Add New Page.
- Enter a Page Name in the textbox and select Add.
Note: The text box has a character limit of 30 characters. - Select Add a New Section on the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- You can choose to add a new section for Media, Testimonials, Events, Highlight Section, or Food & Beverage Menu to create a dedicated second page for that content.
- Use the left navigation menu to manage and create the content for that page.
- Media: Add additional photos and videos to showcase your food, atmosphere, and events without crowding the homepage, giving visitors a richer visual experience.
- Testimonials: Feature an additional page of your customers' testimonials/reviews.
- Events: Add another page of events so can you feature additional or past events separately, keeping your main page focused while still sharing your full calendar.
- Highlight Section: Personalize a section with a rich text editor, images, and links. You could use the Highlight Section to showcase unique selling points (e.g., "Farm-to-table"), customer favorites or best-sellers, awards or press mentions, and more!
- Food & Beverage Menu: Add a second Food & Beverage Menu page to showcase expanded offerings, such as seasonal items, drink lists, or catering options, without cluttering your main menu display.
- Media: Add additional photos and videos to showcase your food, atmosphere, and events without crowding the homepage, giving visitors a richer visual experience.
- Select Save and Publish when you are ready to update your website with your changes.
Reordering Sections in the Left Navigation Panel
You can rearrange the sections in the left navigation panel using drag-and-drop. As you drag a section, it will highlight to show that it's being moved. When you drop the section into a new position, the navigation panel updates immediately, and the section order on your website will update to match.
