Disclosure Verbiage 

Applies to Merchant App, Sales-Center, Email Disclosure, etc.

Merchant agrees that its use of the Advantage Program is contingent upon the merchant’s acceptance of and adherence to the Advantage Program Terms and Conditions, and the following additional terms:

By enrolling in the Advantage Program, you (the merchant) agree to clearly display pricing on menus, signage, and other customer-facing materials, as applicable, and as required by Shift4, Card Brand program guidelines, and/or applicable law or regulation.

Failure to comply with these disclosure provisions may result in being moved to an alternative program at Shift4’s discretion.

Shift4 reserves the right to review and enforce compliance at any time.
