View or Print the Terminal Transaction Report on Shift4 One

Shift4 One users now have access to a Terminal Transaction Report. This new option provides a concise overview, using less paper while still delivering essential information.

To view the Terminal Transaction Report:

1. Open the navigation menu in Shift4 One.
   
2. Select Reports.
   
3. Select the Terminal Transaction Report.
   
4. To print the report, select the printer icon in the upper-right corner.
   
   A new option will appear: “Print Summarized Report.”
   
5. Select Print Summarized Report to generate a summary version of the report.
