What is causing this Error?
The Employee Bank or Cash Drawer permissions are not configured correctly for the user.
How do I resolve this Error?
To resolve this error, proceed with the following steps:
- Navigate to the Manager > Settings > Hardware and ensure the "Use Cash Drawer" toggle is enabled.
- If the issue persists, navigate to the Manager > Settings > Users > Jobs, select the job that is getting the error when processing the ticket, and ensure that Job Cash Handling is NOT set as None. If it is, select Cash Drawer or Employee Bank, based on how the job is operating in the location, and select the blue OK button.
- If the issue persists, navigate to the Manager > Settings > Users > Employees, then select the employee that is getting the error when processing the ticket, ensure that the Allow Drawer Sharing and Allow Multiple Drawers permissions are allowed for the employee, then select the blue OK button.
Note: Don’t forget to select the blue Save button to save the changes after making adjustments on Job settings and Employee permissions.
