What is causing this Issue?
This issue occurs when the incorrect device type is selected within the Universal Transaction Gateway (UTG) TuneUp for the type of device in use.
For example, if you are using a Lane 3000 and the device type in the UTG is set to ISC250 RBA, this issue will occur.
How do I resolve this Issue?
- Stop the UTG Services/Stand Alone.
- For more information, visit the Start or stop a service in Windows or Start or stop the UTG Stand Alone article.
- Open the UTG TuneUp.
- In the TuneUp, navigate to the Devices tab.
- Select the device in question and then select Edit on the right.
- Select Lane 3000 as the Device Type in the dropdown menu.
