Configure the SkyTab POS PIN Pad

Note: If you haven’t yet installed the PIN Pad, install it first before configuring it in the POS system.

Configure POS to Communicate with PIN Pad

1. Log in to the SkyTab POS, go to Manager > Settings > Hardware Settings > Payment Devices.
2. Select Payment Device at the top of the screen.
   
3. Select Payment Device from the dropdown, choose External PIN Pad, and then select OK.
   
4. In the PIN Pad IP Address field, delete the existing entry and enter the PIN Pad’s IP address.
   
5. Confirm the PIN Pad is on the Home screen, then select Test Connection on the POS. The PIN Pad will display a "Test Successful" message.
   
6. Select Save.
7. Repeat this on each POS for each PIN Pad.
