Description: Learn how to configure Caller ID for SkyTab POS.
Note: If you haven’t yet connected your caller ID hardware, connect it first before configuring it in the POS system.
Configure Caller ID
- On SkyTab POS, select Manager > Settings > Hardware > Caller ID.
- Slide the toggle to Enable Caller ID.
- Set the following information:
- Call List Display Period: How long the calls will display in the call list
- Notification Display Period: How long the notifications for incoming calls will display
- Default Order Type: The order type that is assigned to the incoming calls
- Select Save.
