What is causing this Issue?
This issue occurs when the Start of the Business Day setting is not properly configured in the SkyTab POS software. For example, if the start of the business day setting is set at 11 PM, the POS will reflect the previous business day until 11 PM, even though it is yesterday.
How do I resolve this Issue?
- Navigate to the Manager > Settings > Business > General and find the Start of Business Day section.
- Set the appropriate start of the business day, e.g., 4 AM.
- Select Save.
