Overview

SkyTab Loyalty is a customer loyalty program that allows you to reward your customers and encourage repeat business. This guide will walk you through the complete installation and setup process.

Installing Shift4 Loyalty

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
2. From the left sidebar navigation menu, select Marketplace.
   
3. In Marketplace, scroll down through the integrations and locate the Shift4 Loyalty tile.
4. Select View details.
   
5. Select the Install button on the Shift4 Loyalty details page.
   
6. Fill out the required contact details in the installation request form.
   
7. Select Submit to complete the installation.
8. Review the confirmation message that appears after installation, that display two important links.
   • Use the Shift4 Loyalty Discount Setup link to configure and manage loyalty discounts.
   • Share the Customer Enrollment URL with customers or convert it into a QR code for easy in-store enrollment.
