Manage Shift4 Loyalty Discounts in SkyTab Lighthouse Business Manager

Overview

After installing Shift4 Loyalty, Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) automatically creates three default loyalty discounts. You can use these as-is or create additional custom discounts to support your loyalty program.

Default Loyalty Discounts

When Shift4 Loyalty is installed, the following discounts are automatically added to your LBM account:

• $1 Off — Reference Code: DEFAULT-1-OFF
• $2 Off — Reference Code: DEFAULT-2-OFF
• $5 Off — Reference Code: DEFAULT-5-OFF

To view these discounts, log in to LBM and go to SkyTab Settings > Loyalty > Discounts.

Create a Custom Loyalty Discount

If you want to offer rewards beyond the three default options, you can add new loyalty discounts in LBM.

1. Log in to LBM.
2. Go to SkyTab Settings > Loyalty > Discounts.
   
3. Select Add Loyalty Discount in the upper-right corner.
   
4. Fill out the General Information fields for the discount, including the Reference Code.
   
   Important: This Reference Code is used when configuring the corresponding discount in your loyalty portal. Your Reference Code must be:
   • Memorable
   • Descriptive of the reward (e.g., 10$OFF, FREE-ITEM, VIP-DISCOUNT)

Discount Configuration

After creating a new loyalty discount, select Discount Configuration.

This will open the loyalty portal, where you will complete the reward setup and connect it to your discount.

Important: Every discount created in LBM must have a corresponding reward in the loyalty portal.
