What is causing this Issue?
- The points multiplier is not configured correctly in the loyalty portal.
- The customer is not enrolled in the loyalty program.
- Loyalty check-in is not enabled on the POS device.
- The transaction is not being processed on a POS device with loyalty enabled.
How do I resolve this Issue?
- Verify the points multiplier is set correctly in the loyalty portal under Loyalty Set-up.
- Confirm the customer has completed enrollment using the customer enrollment URL.
- Ensure Prompt for Loyalty Check-In on a Ticket’s First Save is enabled on SkyTab POS.
- Confirm the transaction is being processed on the correct POS terminal.
