Overview
Your monthly Shift4 fees are automatically billed using the bank account on file for your business. This account is managed through the Customer Hub. If you need to update the payment method used for monthly fees, you’ll do so by changing your bank account information in the Customer Hub.
How Monthly Fees Are Paid
- Monthly Shift4 fees are billed via ACH debit
- The debit is pulled from the bank account on file
- Credit cards are not used for monthly billing
Update Your Payment Method
To change the bank account used for monthly billing:
- Shift4 Dine Merchants: Visit the Change Bank Account Information Using the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub article. This process requires an administrator login and identity verification for security purposes.
Notes:
- Bank account updates typically take up to 24 hours to complete
- You will receive an email confirmation once the update is successful
- Changes apply to future monthly billing cycles
