View Gratuity on a Receipt

After a transaction is completed, the gratuity amount prints on the receipt.

View Gratuity on a Shift Report (Employee)

1. On SkyTab POS, go to your Employee Dashboard by tapping on your name in the upper right corner of the POS screen.
2. The Employee Shift Report displays on the right.
3. Review the gratuity totals for your shift under Tip Summary.
   
4. Select Print for a hard copy if needed.

View Gratuity in Till Reports (Manager)

1. On SkyTab POS, go to Manager > Activity > Cash.
2. Select the appropriate Drawer/Bank.
3. View the gratuity totals on the report panel.
4. Select Print for a hard copy if needed.
