Resolve "Please Remove Card!" Error on SkyTab Glass

What is causing this Error?

The card must be removed from the device to continue with the next operation. This is common after a 1 - Chip Malfunction Error. Pressing OK before removing the card results in this dialog.

How do I resolve this Error?

• Remove the card, and the dialog disappears.
• To prevent this in the future, after a failed/successful transaction, remove the card from the device before pressing OK.
