What is causing this Issue?
Note: Tapping on an item does not clear the item (or mark it as complete).
This issue on the KDS (Kitchen Display System) is usually caused by the Clear Ticket Settings being set to 'Clear by Order' instead of 'Clear by Item.'
How do I resolve this Issue?
- On the KDS, tap on the gear icon near the bottom lower left of the display.

Under Ticket Actions > Clear Tickets, use the radio button to select Clear by Item.
- Tap Done.
