Verify Windows Date and Time
Windows 11
- Select the Start button (Windows logo) at the bottom of your screen.
- Select Settings > Time & language.
- Select Date & time.
Under Date & time, verify the following:
- Ensure Set time zone automatically is turned On (if available).
- Ensure Set time automatically is turned On.
If the Time Zone Is Incorrect
- Turn Set time zone automatically to Off. The Time zone dropdown menu will appear.
- Select the correct time zone from the list.
Important:
- Arizona: Select (UTC-07:00) Arizona (Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time).
- Hawaii: Select (UTC-10:00) Hawaii (Hawaii does not observe Daylight Saving Time).
Log in to Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) or Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) and verify that the time is now correct.
If Issues Persist
- Restart the computer to ensure the new settings are applied.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Ensure your system clock is visible and not being overridden by network/domain settings.
- If your device is managed by your IT department, contact them to verify that time synchronization policies are not preventing changes.
Verify LBM Time Zone Preference
- Open Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Settings.
- Select Settings again.
- Select the Time Zone Preference.
- Select Update Settings.
