What is causing the issue?
Fraud Sentry defines a “Possible Duplicate” as the same card number appearing more than once in the same batch. It does not take into account the business date or amount. This means, for example, if a sale and credit are issued to a card in the same batch, the “Possible Duplicate” warning will be triggered.
It also means, for example, that the same card was used two days in a row, but the Lighthouse Transaction Manager batch was not closed individually for those days. When days are closed together, this will also trigger the “Possible Duplicate” warning.
