Set up Advantage Program on SkyTab Mobile

Description: The new Advantage program will offer an option to choose Dual Pricing, a Supplemental Fee with Discount, or a Cash Discount program (only one can be selected at a time). The Supplemental Fee with Discount will be automatically applied to all tender types. The Cash Discount is only applied to the cash tender type. Dual Pricing offers the ability to set a % that will reflect two different prices, cash and non-cash.

Note: If you enable the Supplemental Fee with Discount function in the Advantage screen, you can still create a separate discount (call it whatever you want) and apply it on transactions.

WARNING: Advantage Program and Debit/EBT transactions are incompatible!

The Advantage Program settings can be found in the Business settings section of SkyTab Mobile.

The Advantage Program settings are configured on the POS. The settings are read-only and cannot be changed or configured from the device. The settings screen of the SkyTab Mobile is to only show the program selected and the percentage set on the POS.

Making Payments With Supplemental Fee with Discount Enabled:

Every order will automatically have the Supplemental Fee with Discount applied and will apply to all tender types:

• The Supplemental Fee with Discount will be displayed on the ticket details screens.
• There will only be a single Balance Due for the order.

      

Remove or Add Supplemental Fee:

1. Navigate to the Check Details screen.
2. Tap on the menu located in the upper right corner.
   
3. Select Remove Supplemental Fee to remove the fee.
   

When the Supplemental Fee is removed, select Add Supplemental Fee to add the fee back to the check.

Making Payments With Cash Discount Enabled:

Every order will automatically have the Cash Discount applied when the cash tender type is selected:

• There will be a Cash Balance Due and a Non-Cash Balance Due for the order.
• The Cash Discount will automatically be applied when paying for the order in Cash.

      

Making Payments With Dual Pricing Enabled:

Every order will automatically have two prices, Cash and Non-Cash, displayed:

• In the Ticket Details screen
• In the Tender Selection screen

Paying Cash Price With Non-cash Tender:

To remove/apply Dual Pricing:

1. Navigate to the Tender Selection screen.
2. Tap on the menu located in the upper right corner.
   
3. Select Remove Dual Pricing to be able to pay cash price with non-cash tender.
   

When Dual Pricing is removed, select Apply Dual Pricing to display both prices again.

Checks and Receipts for Supplemental Fee with Discount:

The Supplemental Fee will be displayed on:

• Printed and emailed receipts as its own line item.
• On a guest check presented for payment
