Description: Follow the process below to request additional data within the given extract files. Shift4 Enterprise Extracts provides an automated process to extract your specific data from the various card acquirer systems within Shift4 Payments and provides extract files for you to create your own reports.

Additional Data Requests
If there is a need for additional data within the given extract files (or even a new type of file altogether), it is possible to request data outside of the standard extracts. This includes:
- Modification to an existing extract
- New extract request
To request changes to your current Enterprise Extract setup please contact your Shift4 account manager.
If you are unsure of who your Shift 4 account manager is you can find out by following these steps:
- Call 888.276.2108
- Select option 4 (Enter an extension)
- Enter extension 4444 (Enterprise support)
- Select option 2
- Select option 3
Please note your Shift4 account manager will need to know the following information to help with your enterprise extract setup:
- Detailed list of fields
- Definitions
- Frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly)
From there, the process will begin in requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery. At this point, there is no estimated turnaround time for such requests, but one will be provided once the requirements are properly documented.
