Access Account Maintenance
- Log in to Shift4 Dine Customer Hub as an administrator.
- Access Settings > Account Maintenance on the left navigation menu.
Note: The Account Maintenance option may not appear when accessing Shift4 Dine Customer Hub from a mobile browser. If you do not see this option, please log in from a desktop or laptop computer and try again.
Complete OTP Verification
Before making changes to your account, you must complete the required One-Time Password (OTP) verification steps. You have three attempts at each verification check. Follow the steps below to verify your identity and access your account.

Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
Important: If the last four digits of your SSN are entered incorrectly three times, your Account Maintenance access will be locked. Contact Shift4 Support at 888.276.2108 to unlock your account before trying again. Support Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. -
Review the contact information displayed and select the phone number where you want to receive the verification code.
Note: The verification code is sent via SMS to the phone number you select.
If the phone number displayed can not receive SMS messages, contact Shift4 Support at 888-276-3209 during operating hours: Monday - Friday, North America 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST. -
Enter the verification code sent to your selected phone number.
Important: If you did not receive the verification code or did not request this code, please contact Shift4 Support immediately. - Enter your full bank account number to complete the final verification step.
Change Account Information

OTP Verification Failure
- If you failed 3 times at any one of these screens:
- The Account Maintenance section becomes locked, and a Shift4 Agent will contact you.
