Description: Once you are ready to finalize your order, capture the auth (if not ImmediateCapture), and get it ready to ship, you will need to invoice the order. The following steps will walk you through the process of invoicing a customer order.
- Navigate to Modules > Accounts receivable > Orders > All sales orders.
- Create an order following the steps provided in Create a Sales Order in Dynamics 365, or locate an existing customer order you would like to invoice and select the hyperlinked Sale order to open it.
- Navigate to the Invoice tab, and under Generate, select Invoice.
- Under Quantity, select All.
- Once finished, select OK.
