Definition: The Shift4 Payment Connector also allows end-users to request a batch report and submit a batch to the Shift4 Gateway. The following steps will guide you through this process.
Batch Report
- Navigate to Modules > Accounts Receivable > Payments setup > Payment Services.
- Locate the desired Payment service account, and make sure it is already configured to Shift4Connector.
- On the top of the page, select Shift4 and select Batch report.
- This will populate the Shift4 batch report form. From here, enter the desired date you would like to see the report for and select Ok.
Note: When Inclusive is enabled, you will be shown all open (unsettled) transactions regardless of the business date selected.
- Once complete, you will be shown a confirmation of your requested Batch report.
Submit Batch
- Navigate to Modules > Accounts Receivable > Payments setup > Payment Services.
- Locate the desired Payment service account, and make sure it is already configured to Shift4Connector.
- On the top of the page, select Shift4 and select Submit batch.
- This will populate the Shift4 batch report form. From here, enter the desired date you would like to see the report for and select OK.
Note: When Inclusive is enabled, you will be shown all open (unsettled) transactions regardless of business date selected.
- Once complete, you will be shown a confirmation of your Batch submittal.
