Description: Review the Adjust Tips step as part of the End of Day process on SkyTab POS.
Support Users: If marking a ticket resolved in the Tip Adjust screen (including red tickets), you'll be instructed to input the Tip amount. Please ensure this matches any tip amount added/adjusted directly in Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) to ensure POS reporting aligns with batch/processing reporting.

Manager Process
An employee cannot close their drawer/bank while they have pending credit card tips. As a Manager, you can check for open tips by selecting Adjust Tips. Here, you can view all transactions that still need tip adjustments. Alternatively, you can get to the tip adjustment screen by going to Manager > Activity > Adjust Tips.

Return to Manager > End of Day.

An employee can adjust their own tips throughout their shift if they choose, but if this is required for clocking out at the end of the day, you'll need to make final adjustments at this time.

Open your dashboard by tapping on your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

From the employee dashboard, select Adjust Tips. This takes you to the Pending Tips grid.

Tap which payment you want to adjust and add the tip on the right. Refer to Adjust Tips on SkyTab POS for additional information.

Once your tips have been adjusted, tap the Back button to return to your employee dashboard.
