Business Intelligence Merchant Quick Setup Guide

Description: This guide is designed to help you set up Business Intelligence (BI).

1. The first time you log into Business Intelligence (BI), the welcome screen displays. Select the Let's Start button to begin.
   
2. If desired, you can give your locations an optional BI name for easy identification. If entered, this name will show in BI reports.
   • To change a location's BI name, double-click on the name, edit it, and press Enter to save.
     
3. Select Continue.
4. This brings you to the Thank You screen and completes your registration. 
   
5. Continue to Use Drill To and Group By With BI Grid Reports to learn more about using these features and what they can do for you. FIRST, refer to these top 6 reports you will use daily:
   1. Daily Sales Report
   2. Sales Summary
   3. Employee Wage Report
   4. Labor Analysis Report
   5. Employee Cashout Report
   6. Labor Productivity Report
