Clear Cached Logins for Activate Classic in Appetize

Description: Activate will store the most recent logins at the terminal to select and log in without typing the credentials. To refresh the Activate application, sometimes it is necessary to delete the credentials and do a new login.

Activate iOS

1. Launch the Activate application. 
2. Note the stored logins that are listed in the upper left corner.
3. Select Clear Stored Logins.
4. Activate will refresh to remove the credentials.
5. Type the username and password to access Activate.
   
   

Activate Android

1. Note the stored logins that are listed in the upper left corner.
   
2. Select the Gear icon next to the stored login.
3. Choose Clear Cache.
   
4. Activate will remove the stored logins. 
   
5. Type the username and password to complete the refresh of Activate.

Note: Android doesn't clear the Username and Password field after selecting "Clear Cache." The username and password must be typed again to ensure the application is fully refreshed.
