If you have an APG cash drawer, follow these steps:
- Contact APG and have the following information ready:
- Return Address (where to ship the repaired unit)
- Part Number
- Serial Number
- Explanation of the Issue(s)
- APG will provide an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
- Send the product to the APG Repair Center.

If you have a Code product, follow these steps:

Complete and submit the Support Form.
In the Case Reason field, select Product Return (RMA).
- Code will send a confirmation email that includes the RMA number and the shipping instructions.
- Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
- Ship the product.

If you have an Elo product, follow these steps:

Complete and submit the RMA Authorization Form.

If you have a FreedomPay device, follow these steps:

Complete the FreedomPay RMA Form.
The following information must be included:
- Contact Information
- Device Type
- Serial Number
- Error Code
- Explanation of the Issue
- Email the RMA Form and photos of the hardware, including a photo of the serial number.
- FreedomPay will send a confirmation email with the RMA number and the shipping instructions.
- Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
- Ship the product.

If you have an Infinite Peripherals device, follow these steps:
- Visit www.ipcmobile.com/support.
- Follow the steps in RMA Support Portal Instructions.
- Enter the serial number and the failure symptoms, or attach an Excel spreadsheet with the information.
- Infinite Peripherals will send a confirmation email.
- Infinite Peripherals will send a follow-up email after your request has been approved. The email will include the RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
- Ship the product.
Notes:
- Customers will receive a repair report via email after devices are repaired.
- Customers must confirm that devices have been repaired and issues are resolved.
- To ship RMAs directly to the customer, include the customer’s FedEx/UPS shipping account number.

If you have an Ingenico Group device, follow these steps:

Send an email to RMARequestingUS@ingenico.com.
The following information must be included:
- Part number, software loads, data packages, key injection requirements, and communication settings
- Serial Number
- Device error message or failure reason, if known
- Return address (where to ship the repaired unit)
- Ingenico will send a confirmation email with the ticket number.

Ingenico will check the product warranty status.
- For units in warranty, an RMA number will be provided within 24 business hours. - For units out of warranty, the warranty information and a repair quote will be sent via email.
- Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
- Ship the product.
Note: All units have a 1-year manufacturer warranty (unless an extended warranty was purchased).

Note: Unopened tablets can be returned within 30 days.

If you have a Star Micronics printer, follow these steps:
- Complete and submit the Technical Support Form.
- Star Micronics will send an email that includes the case number or IWRA (In-Warranty Repair Authorization) number for tracking purposes.
- A representative might request that you complete an IWRA (In-Warranty Repair Authorization) Form for each printer. The IWRA form(s) should be placed in the package before shipping.
- Create a shipping label. The label must include the IWRA number(s).
- Ship the product.

If you have Touch Dynamic hardware, follow these steps:
- Complete and submit the RMA Request Form.
- Touch Dynamic will send an email which includes the RMA number and the shipping instructions.
- Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
- Ship the product.
