How to send Diagnostic Logs from Activate Classic 

1. Login to Activate and hold a finger down on the Account name in the upper left corner until the left side menu appears.
2. Select Diagnostics.
3. Select Send Diagnostic.
4. A confirmation message will pop up if sent successfully
