Description: If an order cannot sync to the server due to connectivity issues, the orders will remain on the terminal until the network becomes stable enough to upload. A sync can also be initiated once the device connects to the network.
Sync All Offline Orders
- Log into Activate and pull up the left-side menu by holding down on the Account name in the upper left corner.
- Select All Orders from the menu and then select Offline.
- Select the Options button in the upper right corner and select Sync All.
Sync a Single-Order
- Log into Activate and pull up the left-side menu by holding down on the Account name in the top left corner.
- Select All Orders from the menu and then select Offline.
- Find the order to sync and then select the arrow icon to the right icon to upload the single order to the server.
