Discounts in Appetize

Description: Discounts are available at the item and order level in Activate. Once created and enabled in Connect, there are a couple of ways to apply them to items in the cart.

Activate X Discounts Method 1

1. Select any eligible item in the cart, and a pop-up window will open.
2. When you select Discount, a new pop-up window opens. You will see the available discounts for this item/order. Select the desired discount. Some discounts may prompt a manager to allow the discount to be applied.
3. The discount will be highlighted with a checkmark, and all eligible items will show the discount applied to the cart. To exit, tap anywhere outside of the pop-up window.

Activate X Discounts Method 2

1. Tap on the up arrow in the item cart to expand the cart details.
2. Tap on order discount to open the pop-up window.
3. You will see the available discounts for this item/order and can select by tapping on the discount you want. Some discounts may prompt for a manager to allow the discount to be applied. If Promo Codes have been created, they can be entered here.
