Description: Learn to use the 'Clear Database' feature in Activate to remove offline or declined transactions, enabled by adjusting permission sets assigned to the Shared Login.
The Clear Database option can be used to remove transactions that are offline or declined from the terminal.
Note: The Clear Database option must be enabled on the 'Orders View' tab of the permissions sets that are assigned to the Shared Login on the terminal.
- Log into Activate and open the left menu by holding down on the Account name in the upper left corner.
- Select All Orders from the menu.
- Click on the Options button in the upper right corner and then select Clear Database.
