Vendor Login Overview in Activate for Appetize

Description: The vendor login screen is the first screen seen when launching Activate. The credentials entered configure the device/terminal to the vendor location and settings associated with the account. This ensures terminal and employee sales data are routed correctly to Connect for reporting and the KDS for prep.

Vendor Login Options

1. Settings Wheel

• Info: Technical details for the application
• Synchronization config: Setup for the Server App if the device is using check sync features for Table Service
• Clear cache: Delete stored App data

Peripheral Status 

• Connected devices will show Green 
• Offline devices will show Red
• Version information for Activate

Login Fields

• Login: Enter the username for the vendor account
• Password: Enter the password for the vendor account
• Select Login to access the Employee PIN screen
