Description: Learn how to configure Split Views by selecting the desired style in Settings, adjusting order types, and controlling pagination through the A/B selector.
Configuration
- To configure Split Views, navigate to Settings and select which Split style you’d like to use from the Screen View options.
- Horizontal split only supports the Column ticket view
- Vertical split supports both Column and Tile ticket views
- Once your view option is configured, press Done in settings to return to the ticket screens.
- By default, you will see both the A and B splits with All Order Types configured
- To set specific Order Types for A and B splits, choose the dropdown to multi-select which Order Types to view.
- Once your Splits are configured, continue using your ticket completion workflows as usual.
- Pagination is now controlled by the A/B selector at the bottom. To swipe or select which page to see on either split, make sure you select which split side you’d like to manipulate.
Notes
- "Recall Last" functionality: "Recall Last" will continue to recall tickets in the order they were completed, most recent to least recent. These recalled tickets will continue to be labeled correctly and will be placed back within the correct split side based on their Order Type.
