You will first need a DB9 pinned out as follows:

1. Enter the soft switch settings on the Scale by holding the 0 button while it powers up.
2. Use the "0" button as Enter and the "Tare" button to edit options and set them as follows:

Note: Groups 1 and 2 should be set as defaults, and Group 3 needs to be set to the values in red.
