Description: Learn how to set up and start using the Kiosk in your restaurant. Here you can customize the appearance, language, and order settings. You'll also learn how to upload a logo, configure screensavers, and adjust language support, modify order flows, and set up tip options.

Prerequisites:
- If you haven’t installed Kiosk, please check out our Kiosk Installation Guide to install it first before configuring it in Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Existing customer menu in the Menu Manager
- SkyTab POS Terminal running for the location
Admin Setup
- Log in to https://ordering.skytab.com/admin/ directly or from Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM), select Marketplace > SkyTab Kiosk > Manage.
- Navigate to General Settings on the left sidebar.
- Slide the Active toggle to enable the Kiosk.
- Under Appearance Settings, select Choose File. Select the logo from your computer, and then select Open to upload the logo. Select the desired logo shape from the dropdown.
- Select your Brand Color from the options and slide the toggle to enable or disable "Use Icons."
- Configure Screensaver Settings for when the Kiosk is idle:
- Toggle Screensaver on or off.
- Select the Screensaver Background Type and provide the source if needed.
- Slide the toggle to enable or disable "Show Screensaver Text."
- Select Language Settings.
- Slide the toggle to enable or disable Language Support.
- Place a check mark in the box for each supported language.
- Select the Default Language.
- Configure the Order Settings per your requirements:
- Idle Timeout (seconds): Use the "+" and "−" buttons to set how long the kiosk waits before returning to the screensaver.
- Complete Screen Timeout (seconds): Set how long the order completion screen displays before automatically starting a new order (default: 5 seconds).
- Slide the toggles to enable or disable the following:
- Allow Special Requests: Shows or hides the special requests field on all items.
- Require Modifiers List First: When enabled (default), all required modifier groups are moved to the beginning of the item ordering flow so customers do not miss required choices. Disable this to display modifier groups in their programmed order.
- Print Order Info: Enables printing of order information as a ticket-level special request.
- Show Modifiers in Order Summary: Displays selected modifiers in the order summary screen.
- Rating Prompt: When enabled, customers are asked to rate their experience (1–5) at the end of their order.
- Ignore Menu Schedules: When enabled, all menus and items are shown at all times regardless of their configured hours. The kiosk will never display items as unavailable or closed.

Phone Login: When enabled, customers are prompted for their phone number at the start of their order. Their name, email, and previously ordered items are remembered to ensure faster checkout on return visits.
- Under Text Settings, set up options per your requirements.
- Select the Save Settings button.
