Void Online Orders on SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to void an online order on SkyTab POS.

Currently, the Void button will be grayed out on SkyTab POS for an Online Order. If an Online Order has been placed as “pay on receipt” (the customer doesn’t pay on the online ordering platform but chooses to pay when coming to pick up their placed order), you must use the Walk-out tender type.

1. Open the ticket, and tap the Take Payment button.
   
   
2. On the Payment screen, select Walk Out from the Tenders list.
   
3. Confirm the total amount.

Note: If payment has been completed on the SkyTab online ordering platform, it must be voided on Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) or Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM).
