What is causing this Issue?
We have seen a bug in the ChefTab Pro software where a second ticket is being created with only a question mark in the content.
How do I resolve this Issue?
To fix this, update the ChefTab KVS to the newest version. This issue has only been seen on QSR & Delivery, but it is still important to ensure that ALL ChefTab systems are on the newest version. To do so:
- Press the Menu button on the system.
- Scroll down and select Check for Updates.
- Move the arrow keys to highlight and select Check for Updates.
Note: If connected to the internet, the newest version of the software will be downloaded.
