Description: Set up a logo to print on the Epson TM-m30 thermal receipt printer with the below steps. This printer pre-prints each logo, so after the receipt prints and cuts, the printer then prints a new logo but does not cut the paper. This is then the logo on the next receipt that prints.
- To begin, open the Start menu and locate the Epson TM-M30 Utility.
- Select the printer and select the OK button.
- Choose Storing Logos, then select Add.
- Select the logo file you would like to have shown at the top of the receipt.
- If you need to resize the image, the software automatically resizes it. Select the OK button, then select the OK button again.
- You should not have to change anything on the Key-code Settings page. The software selects 32 by default. If this is the case, select the OK button. Save this key-code for the final step of the article.
- Next, select the Store to Printer button in the lower right corner.
- Select the Yes button when asked whether or not you want to store the image file to the printer.
- You should receive a message that the image stored successfully. Select the OK button.
- Select Automatic Paper Cut and then select the Print logo when paper is cut option.
- When you select Print logo when paper is cut, the below window populates. Select the key-code from the previous step (should be 32 32) and change the Alignment to Center and then select Set. At this point, the printer is good to print logos at the top of the receipt. Do a test receipt print to confirm this.
