What is causing this Issue?
- The Reference Code in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub does not exactly match the Reward Reference in the loyalty portal.
- The loyalty discount in the Customer Hub or the reward in the loyalty portal is set to Inactive.
- The customer does not have enough loyalty points to redeem the reward.
- Loyalty features are not enabled on Shift4 Dine POS.
How do I resolve this Issue?
- Check that the reward has not expired.
- Verify the Reference Code in the Customer Hub exactly matches the Reward Reference in the loyalty portal, including capitalization and special characters.
