Note: This feature is currently available only for Pilot users.
What is causing this Issue?
- Loyalty prompts are disabled in POS settings.
- The POS application has not been restarted after enabling loyalty features.
- The POS software is out of date.
- The Shift4 Loyalty integration is not installed and active.
How do I resolve this Issue?
- Log in to SkyTab POS and ensure both toggles for Prompt for Loyalty Check-In on a Ticket’s First Save and Prompt for Loyalty Redemption on Tender are enabled on SkyTab POS.
- Restart the POS application after enabling the toggles to apply any recent changes.
- Confirm the POS device is running the latest available software version.
- Verify the Shift4 Loyalty integration is installed and active in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
